Peanut Brittle

Hercules Candies peanut brittle is family tradition. Our peanut brittle is thin and crispy and made with flavorful Spanish peanuts - just the way our grandfather made it. Our peanut brittle is made with pure ingredients that you probably keep in your kitchen: sugar, corn syrup, peanuts, salt and baking soda. We use soy shortening on the cooling table, so that it also considered an ingredient. We don't use any preservatives or chemicals. The peanut brittle is "accidentally vegan". Choose from 8 ounces or 16 ounces.
